Does it work with my booking software?
If you're on Acuity or Timely, GoodBuddy integrates directly โ€” client details, service type, and the appointment all land in your system automatically. For other platforms like Fresha, we book into Google Calendar to hold the slot and send you the client's details so you can add them in. Either way, no booking slips through.
Will my clients know they're talking to AI?
We train the AI to sound natural and professional. Many clients don't realise โ€” but we always recommend being transparent with clients if they ask directly.
What if it can't answer a question?
It's trained to handle your most common questions. For anything it can't resolve, it takes a message and notifies you immediately so you can follow up.
How long does setup take?
